MENU: Fried Potato & Cheese Pierogis Traditional Germanic Cucumber Salad Polish Ciastka Warszawskie (Warsaw Cookies with Semolina Cream) FRIDAY NIGHTS (5 - 8pm): October 3, 17, 24 November 7, 14, 21 Class Description: Immerse yourself in the soul-warming flavors of Poland in this hands-on cooking class at L'Atelier European Culinary Classes! Discover the art of crafting traditional Cheese and Potato Pierogis, perfectly folded dumplings topped with crispy fried onions, savory bacon, and a dollop of tangy sour cream. Complement your meal with a refreshing Polish cucumber salad, bursting with fresh dill and zesty flavors. For a sweet finish, bake delectable Warsaw Cookies, a beloved treat that captures the essence of Poland’s rich culinary heritage. Guided by our expert chef, you’ll master these authentic recipes and bring home the skills to recreate this comforting Polish feast for family and friends! What to Expect: You will work in pairs sharing a workstation and some equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained Chef. Each class includes 3-hours of professional cooking/baking instructions, basic kitchen safety, ingredients, take-home recipe cards, fresh sourdough baked fresh by the Chef, and a complimentary glass of wine. What am I taking home? Since this is a Friday Night Dinner Class, we will be eating the fruits of our labors fresh from the oven, but you will be leaving with your leftover dessert, your recipe cards, and a smile! Dress Code: Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes (chairs are provided but there will be a lot of standing). Please avoid flowy clothing and tie back any long hair. * Participants are responsible for managing their own food allergies; L'Atelier recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. ** The Chef retains the right to alter recipes without notice in the case of seasonal changes or ingredient shortages *** Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
