MENU: Wine-Steamed Artichokes with Ravigote Sauce Handmade Blush Pink Fettucine (NO food coloring used) Fudgey Swedish Chocolate Cake with Boozy Strawberries and Romanoff Cream (Served with fresh Sourdough and a complimentary glass of wine) VALENTINE'S DAY ONLY! (5 - 8pm) Class Description: Celebrate Valentine's Day with this romantic, hands-on class featuring an elegant menu inspired by French sophistication and indulgent Scandinavian sweetness—perfect for sharing with someone special! Begin with tender Wine-Steamed Artichokes served alongside a vibrant, tart French Ravigote Sauce, a classic vinaigrette bursting with fresh herbs, capers, and shallots that beautifully complements the delicate, wine-infused leaves. Then, master the art of crafting stunning blush pink fettuccine from scratch—achieving that soft, romantic hue naturally with pureed beets (no artificial colors needed)—before cooking and tossing it in a creamy fettucine sauce. Finish on a decadent note with a glass of wine and a rich, fudgy Swedish chocolate cake, crowned with lush, boozy strawberries and a whipped Romanoff cream for the ultimate indulgent treat. What to Expect: You will work in pairs sharing a workstation and some equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained Chef. Each class includes 3-hours of professional cooking/baking instructions, basic kitchen safety, ingredients, take-home recipe cards, and a complimentary wine pairing. What am I taking home? Since this is a Friday Night Dinner Class, we will be eating the fruits of our labors fresh from the oven, but you will be leaving with your leftovers, your recipe cards, and a smile! Dress Code: Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes (chairs are provided but there will be a lot of standing). Please avoid flowy clothing and tie back any long hair. * Participants are responsible for managing their own food allergies; L'Atelier recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before attending the class.
